After years of feeling disconnected from my body and pleasure, not accepting myself and living more for others, a personal life crisis kicked off a deep healing journey into finding myself and claiming back my self-worth - opening my eyes and body to how much love, pleasure and parts of myself I had been shutting out of my life without realising it!

Magical things happen when we align body, mind, soul and spirit. The liberating journey back into that connection within you - on each of these levels - is what I'm here to do with you.
